Requirements: ALA accredited MLS; Indiana State Public Library certification or qualifications necessary for certification; 3 years experience as a professional librarian with one year supervisory experience at a public library; branch library experience preferred; knowledge of library policies and procedures; working knowledge of library ILS, Internet, databases, office software and email; working knowledge of supervision.
